Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or broken upon delivery, please send a picture to our official WhatsApp number within 3 days to claim a free replacement.

Opened Supplements: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for herbal products and supplements that have been opened, used, or have broken seals.
