Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any complaints regarding a product purchased from Pak Herbex, our return policy is outlined below:

  1. Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or broken upon delivery, please send a picture to our official WhatsApp number within 3 days to claim a free replacement.

  2. Opened Supplements: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for herbal products and supplements that have been opened, used, or have broken seals.

  3. Change of Mind: If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us via call or WhatsApp immediately before the product is dispatched from our warehouse.
